Getting Started with Job Manager
Getting Started with Job Manager is a pre-recorded training class on DVD for Microsoft Dynamics NAV End-users that are using the Add-On from Cost Control Software. This training course is designed only for clients who have purchased this Add-on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Training is ideal for those End-users wanting to learn the Job Setup Steps. It also covers the full “workflow” on how to use Job Manager on a daily basis. A study guide with warm-up exercises will accompany the training DVD to help students make the most of their learning experience. We encourage you to get your first training from Cost Control Software, the people that designed and created this Add-on product. We encourage you to start here, and then engage with your local VAR or our trainers for some Web Coaching or Q&A Sessions.
This class is the same class we use for our live presentation. We walk you through all the basics of Estimating, Quoting, Costing, Variance Reporting, Job Cost Audits, Bar Codes, Labor Allocations, Material Consumption, and Resource Scheduling.

How it works: You watch the instructor do the example, then you repeat what you just saw on your Dynamics NAV Learning Database. Don’t just watch and watch. You must watch and repeat on your Job Manager installation the exercise. Example: Estimating. We will show you the steps to complete an Estimate, but then to truly learn you must repeat those exact steps. Make changes on your 2nd Estimate, but not the first Estimate.
