Job Enhanced WIP

With Enhanced WIP  you can move from the “Not Calculated” phase to the “Recognized” phase.  As you run the Job’s Periodic Activities (4) you see the values shift for each of the calculations and postings.  You will always know the value calculated as you run the periodic activity.  WIP can be calculated per Job, per Range of Jobs, per Flagged Jobs.

Job Enhanced WIP extends Navision’s Job system with easy views into the current Status of WIP.  As you can see from the Statistics Window shown above, both the Cost Side and the Revenue Side of WIP can be viewed in an instant.

There is a Jobs Level WIP Statistics available as well.  (not shown)  It is similar to the Job Specific WIP shown above, but it shows the WIP of ALL Jobs.  It can be filtered by Job, by Responsible Person, by Customer, or by Date Range.
