Module 1 – “Discovery and Task List Concepts”
We have to understand your business model and processes. We will talk about the NAV Integration and the importance of defining your “Task List”. Also, Why use Job Costing, Typical Company Work flow, Five Cost Sources.

Module 2 – Job Setup
Setup: Advanced Setup, Resource Maters, Job Templates (Item/Resource)

Module 3 – Posting Actual Costs
Learn how to enter Labor Allocations, Material Usage from Inventory, Purchase Orders for Job Materials, Purchase Orders for Subcontracts, Direct Costs from Purchase Invoices. See these costs show on your new Job at the Job Level, Task Level and at the Transaction Level.

Module 4 – Estimating
From Scratch or from your Template, we will build a cost Estimate. Learn how to generate a Price Quote from the Estimate Worksheet too.

Module 5 – Procurement
Do you Buy to a Job or Buy to Stock? We explore all the procurement options. Also, some consumption tips.

Module 6 – Finished Good Production and Billing
Learn how to record your FG Production and Back flush your Raw Materials. We will also spend time on FG Cost issues.
Learn the eight different Invoice options available in Job Manager.

Module 7 – Job Close Out, Work Analysis, and Reporting
Learn how to close Jobs. How to view the work backlogs. Also, Profitability Reporting will be covered.

The above sessions are planned to your schedule and will be one-on-one.
(IE: Once Weekly, Twice Weekly, 7 Days Straight,..)

For best results; have a conference room computer, projector, and speaker phone. Better yet have your personal notebook computer with a current copy of your Job Manager installed too. (any version)
