Pop-Up Notes

The purpose of Pop-Up Notes is to streamline your internal communications. Pop-Up Notes gives you the ability to assign Notes and reminders to Items, Service Items, Customers, or Vendors electronically. No more mental notes. Lock in your comment to an Item and every time that item is entered on a document line your Pop-up note will “pop-up” on the screen.
Examples:
“Remember to sell the old one first.”
“Suggest batteries with this flash light.”
“Remind Vendor to ship to Loading Dock #4.”
“Be sure the customer understands that …..”
Pop-Up Notes is for the the convenience of all employees company wide, while ensuring company wide communication.
Pop-Up Notes can pertain to Customers, Vendors, Items, or combinations of Customers/Items and Vendors/Items. They serve as reminders to whoever is entering a transaction for that particular Customer, Vendor or Item.
